About the Principles of Life book
What can I say but it's my life's work. It is everything I've learned to date in the field of self improvement and human excellence which I have distilled for you so that you don't have to do the research or go through the trial and errors like I did. The information in this book in my experience is the nearest thing to an owners manual for your brain. It's what they should have taught you at school but didn't. The information is the obvious truth about life and what you have to do to live it the best way you can.

Absolutely not! This book is an easy to understand guide on how to eliminate the causes of fear, anxiety and emotional stress. Tell me about it! I’ve got a whole bookshelf full of books that promised to give me the right information on how to be happy. Most of them are hard going and not written for the intended audience. How can you sell this book so cheap, what's the catch?
There is no catch. Unlike most of the online books you see advertised online I just want to sell you my book at a fair price. I want it to be affordable for everybody not just those who are well off. I see sites every week selling books or guides to “Help people” and they are charging a lot of money for them. I don’t want to any part of that. I priced it to be affordable for all regardless of income as I want to help as many people as possible with this information and I want people to feel comfortable they are doing the right thing when they purchase.
What about the Treatment CD that comes with the book?
The CD is the nearest thing to seeing me personally. The CD is a 40 minute narrated breakdown of the books key points and it can be used in 2 ways. Firstly as a therapy session to overcome your difficulties. Secondly as a refresher of the principles outlined in the book so you can listen on the fly. Like the book, its straight to the point and doesn't give any pointless information. The CD is a wonderful accoumpianant to the book though it is advised that you read the book first so that you can understand the techniques and advice on the CD.
